Blankets, sheets, and pillows have been provided for each bed. The pull-out couch bedding is located in the Starfish Room closet.
Hand soap and starter rolls of both paper towels and toilet paper have also been provided.
Keys for the back door are on the hook at the front door. Your access code to the front door is the last 4 digits of the phone number you registered with.
Lost keys are $25
Smoking, vaping, or other recreational drug use is NOT permitted on the property, which includes the front and back yards.
The shed and the closet off the living room are locked and unavailable for use by renters.
If you use the barbecue grill, it must be cleaned before leaving. Cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink.
Please let us know if you switch the tank so we can refill the replacement.
Our system is brand new, and each room has its own unit and remote. If you are too cold, please turn up the thermostat; do not turn the system off. A comfortable temperature is about 73 degrees.
Please keep all windows closed. The AC will keep you cool, and the salt air damages the interior of homes.
Our washer and dryer are new; please do not overstuff them. We do not provide detergent.
The TVs are ROKU with many free channels. If you have your own streaming preferences, you can log in to them to enjoy your favorite programs.
Please log out of your accounts when you leave.

There are 6 beach badges in the small bathtub on the kitchen counter. Please remember to leave them on the counter before you leave. The pink bottle is greenhead spray for the beach.
The replacement for each badge is $65

All mandatory recyclable items, including mixed paper, corrugated cardboard, newspaper, magazines, brown paper bags, and chipboard (cereal/tissue boxes).
CLEANED AND RINSED commingled bottles, cans, and plastic containers may be placed loose in the same receptacle at the curb.
Please cover the garbage cans as the seagulls are aggressive.
Turn on the dishwasher if there are any dirty dishes.
Please use the supplies under the sink and Swiffer and vacuum in the closet to leave the house in the same condition you found it.
